IA-Lab
IA-Lab is an up-to-date IAMS with high performance, easy operation and small size. IA-Lab provides higher mass range of 1000m/z and DIP (direct inlet probe) that inserts solid or liquid sample directly and heats it for evaporation in vacuum. Those two techniques make it possible to measure any kinds of sample: not only VOCs (volatile organic compounds) but also nonvolatile (higher boiling point) compounds or trace compounds contained in solid. Especially, additive in resin such as brominated flame retardants (PBDE etc) can be measured 100 times rapidly than conventional GC/MS method.
